About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join a small, lean team of ten engineers. Why this role

Highlights

01

Proven product-market fit: The client’s flagship generative AI documentation product is already deployed across 300+ home health agencies serving tens of thousands of patients daily, making it the leading AI documentation tool in the space.

02

Core team ownership: Ten engineers, a flat structure, and direct collaboration with the CTO. You take zero-to-one projects from prototype through hardened production systems.

03

Real clinician impact: Home health clinicians spend hours a day in software built in the 1990s. This work cuts OASIS assessments and routine documentation from hours to minutes, directly addressing burnout and staffing shortages.

04

Well funded and scaling: Founded in 2023 by AI researchers from Cornell and Amazon Alexa, backed by leading healthcare investors with $27M raised, and now expanding from documentation into an all-in-one platform replacing legacy systems.

05

Compensation: $170K–$230K base plus 0.1–0.2% equity, hybrid three days a week in San Francisco.
