About the Role

Our client is hiring a board certified pulmonologist to primarily practice outpatient pulmonary medicine. The company is rebuilding the pulmonary clinic around a technology platform and a set of virtual and physical interventions calibrated to keep lung conditions under control.

02 — Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Render outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consults, and procedures
  • Perform 20 visits / day on average, additional compensation for additional visits
  • Supervise advanced practice providers
  • Oversee support staff to deliver innovative care models
  • Maintain relationships with local primary care providers

Salary$325K base (OTE: $385K - $500K). Uncapped upside but strong visit volumes, mid-level supervision, and virtual programme revenue sharing could be around $500k.
On-site work policyIn-person 5 days per week in either Macon (Georgia) or Prescott (Arizona), with highest urgency for Macon

What we need

Key Requirements

  • Board certified pulmonologist
  • 2–20 years of experience as an early-to-mid career, outpatient-focused pulmonologist
  • Must accept there is no critical care work
  • Able to work in-person 5 days per week in Macon (Georgia) or Prescott (Arizona)
