About the Role

Our client is looking for a Head of Provider Strategy & Operations with 7+ years of experience to architect and scale its coach network — the first platform offering personal training covered by health insurance. You’ll own the systems that determine how coaches join, onboard, improve, and deliver life-changing care, while serving as a strategic thought partner to the CEO at a company that’s grown 30x in the past year.

02 — Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Optimize coach compensation systems to drive coach and client satisfaction — this is the first major project
  • Build and scale world-class coach onboarding, training, and continuing education programs
  • Use data modeling and experimentation to continuously improve coach performance and scalability
  • Lead and develop an existing team of direct reports from day one
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and leadership team across key business decisions

Salary$200K - $230K base salary plus competitive equity. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit.

What we need

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, GM, Chief of Staff, marketplace, or business operations roles at a fast-growing company
  • Proven experience building, scaling, or operating people-intensive systems (provider networks, distributed workforces, marketplaces, frontline operations)
  • Strong data modeling and quantitative analysis skills — you can build models, interrogate data, and turn insights into action
  • AI-first mindset — you actively leverage AI tools to improve systems and processes
  • High-agency, low-ego operator comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a startup environment
